法式甜點學:從裡到外揭開法式甜點的密碼

陳穎是華文世界首位具有業界實作背景的「法式甜點鑑賞專家」。出身學術背景的她,轉行到巴黎斐杭迪高等廚藝學校(Ferrandi Paris)學習法式甜點,並取得法國專業甜點師資格認證(CAP),曾在巴黎米其林星級廚房莫里斯酒店(La Meurice)、聖詹姆斯酒店(Saint James Paris)及知名甜點店 Carl Marletti 淬煉後,發揮她鑑賞以及分析的能力,出版《法式甜點學》,立刻在業界造成話題。
